Lake in Karelia

This week’s theme in photo theme for Thursday is “BLUE (Water, Sky, Flowers, Birds, Eyes, The Blues, Melancholy,…)”. I chose calm lake with reflection of cloudless sky in Ruokolahti. This photograph was taken in early morning hours in summer as we were rowing to see if we had caught any fish into fishing nets during the night. Small circular waves in bottom of photograph show were the oar has gone just few seconds before.
