Hike to Halti - 2nd day

When everything was packed up in a morning, we walked to reindeer fence that also works as national border between Finland and Norway. Since we couldn’t find any nice gates on it, we simply crawled underneath it. While I normally wouldn’t recommend this kind of behaviour, you can do so, when you cross borders between Finland, Sweden and Norway.
After we had returned back to Finland, we quickly arrived to Lossujärvi wilderness hut. We peek inside, but decided to continue to Urtaslaakso (laakso can be translated to valley). This is quite ideal for hiking, because all the flora is so low that you can ignore all the paths and make your own decisions where you want to walk, and scenery with river, hills and fells is nice to look at.
Appearantly hiking in Urtaslaakso turned out to be too easy, because at the midpoint of day, we decided to make short cut by climbing to top of Govddogaisi fell instead of going around it. While the scenary during ascent was quite magnificent, top of fell was minor disappointment, because it only has couple small ponds and lots of rock. We didn’t want to get trapped in there so we decided to descent from the fell, while the weather was good. This brought us to very nice camping place next to river called Marfejohka.
