Experimental

This week’s topic in Photo Theme for Thusday is ‘EXPERIMENTAL (Blurry Photos, Use of Filters, Unusual Angles, Accidental Shots, Overexposures,…)’.
Linnamäki amusement park has lot of things packed into relatively small area. As such it was great place to and experiment what you can do with wide-angle lens and neutral density filter. I spent one evening in there waiting for light levels to go down so that I could take photographs about ferris wheel in few seconds shutter speeds. After I got ferris wheel photographed, I walked around here and there, taking few photographs along the way. Kieppi was one of the last stopping places for the night before I decided that I have more than enough material for post-processing.
Kieppi is crazy device, where people are put to spin over all possible axels. As such it provides lot of moving lights for photographers to shoot for. I took couple shots of this view. One was taken 8s exposure and this one was taken at 25s. I like the 8s version more, but I think that 25s isn’t too bad either.
8s vs 25s exposure
