Birgita’s Path
May 7th, 2005 by Juha Ylitalo
Birgita’s Path is 60km long circular route between Lempäälä and Tampere cities that was selected as hiking trail of a year in 2006. You can easily get to the trail from Lempäälä railway station and since its circular trail, you can also start your return trip to home from there. Downsides in this trail is that due to its location in southern Finland, you can’t avoid highways or residental areas. Actual path can be anything from forest path into asphalt pavement.
